I am currently in network with Regence BCBS, Optum (united health), First Choice, Providence, Cigna. Please note that I may not be in network with every plan, and every plan is different regarding its structure of copay, deductible, and co insurance. If you have questions, please call your insurance to double check if I am in network with your specific plan.
If you plan to use insurance for therapy, please provide your complete insurance information prior to scheduling. This allows me to verify your benefits in advance. If you are covered by more than one policy, be sure to provide details for both. Patients with multiple policies are responsible for contacting their insurance companies to coordinate benefits before scheduling therapy.
The initial session is typically 75 minutes, and the fee is $185. For ongoing 50-minute therapy sessions, the fee is $165. At this time, my sliding scale slots are full, but please inquire if you do not have insurance and would like to pay cash.
Copays and coinsurance are due at the end of each session. For clients using out-of-network benefits, I will submit superbills as a courtesy. Please note that while I will verify coverage, it is ultimately the patient’s responsibility to confirm their benefits and understand any deductibles, copays, or out-of-pocket expenses.
